Payment & Alteration Policy


Payment Terms: To begin the rigorous crafting process for your bespoke order, a 70% advance payment is strictly required at the time of booking. The remaining 30% balance will be payable upon completion, right before the final delivery of your custom attire.

Order Cancellation: Please note that because all our clothing articles are completely custom-made from scratch according to your specific body measurements and fabric choices, orders CANNOT be cancelled once the advance payment is made and the crafting process has begun.

Alteration and Fitting Guarantee: We strive for absolute perfection in every stitch. If you experience any issues with the fitting (e.g., sleeves, chest, length, or any sizing adjustments) of your custom-made outfit, please notify us within 5 to 7 days of receiving your item. Our team will promptly address and resolve these fitting issues to ensure a flawless look for your big day.
